Describe Your Journey to Real Estate
My journey into Real Estate began as a 4-year-old.  My dad bought his first rental property on Hamilton Road in Pleasant Hill and I helped prepare the property for rent.  My job was to peel wallpaper…so the story goes.  Although, it may have been a job to keep me busy while my parents did the real work, that was the beginning of a life-long journey into real estate.  From there, it transitioned into painting apartments as a teenager in a small apartment building in Concord that my family owned; to flipping homes; to property management and ultimately working with clients to buy and sell their own properties.
What excites you about working as a Realtor?
I love getting to know people and what makes them tick. I believe this is an integral aspect of being a great coach. You need to understand your athletes as people to support them and work with them to achieve their goals. The same is true in real estate. Ultimately, getting to know my clients and working with them to achieve a successful transaction is the most rewarding part of my job.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
Hanging with my family – I’m blessed with the most loving wife on the planet along with four incredible kids (you should meet them!); The gym – playing basketball or swimming; Tahoe – enjoying the lake and the mountains;Coaching swimming.
What are three words that your clients would use to describe you?
Genuine, Knowledgeable, Understanding
What magical power would you love to have?
The power to heal. I think we all have this to a certain degree. This question itself is a reminder or catalyst to tap into that power more often.
